Terms of use

Last updated 11 August 2026

Don’t Hate It is a free online curling game. By using it you agree to what follows, which is short because the service is simple: there is nothing to buy, nothing to subscribe to, and nothing of yours that we want.

Using it

Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with. You can delete yours at any time from the menu on the home screen, and we may remove an account that is being used to harass people or to attack the service.

Chat

Lobby messages are held in memory and are not stored, which means we cannot retrieve them and cannot moderate them after the fact. Treat the chat as what it is: a quick word with the person you are about to play.

What we do not promise

The game is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available, that your games will never be lost, or that it is free of faults. It is a free game run for the enjoyment of it, and you should not rely on it for anything that matters.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

The game changes often, and these terms may change with it. The date at the top says when they were last revised; continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
